To use fbajje's services, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Registration or use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful; providing false information may result in immediate account cancellation. fbajje may request necessary documentation for age verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete. Each person may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. fbajje will never ask for your password via email or phone, so be cautious if you receive such a request. It is your responsibility to keep the personal information on your account up to date, as incorrect information may cause delays in payment or verification processes. Account transfers or sales are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the fbajje platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supported local payment methods are available. Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and payments may be delayed if verification is not completed. If you encounter a technical error in any transaction, notify the support team immediately; any excess funds received from a faulty transaction must be returned. In cases of fraudulent or illegal payment methods, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be informed.
Fbajje expects users of the platform to behave honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law. Hacking any system on the platform, using bots, or attempting to manipulate outcomes by artificial means is strictly prohibited. Misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent activity toward other users will result in permanent account closure. The platform's content, logos, or trademarks may not be used or reproduced without fbajje's written permission. Users should use the platform for entertainment purposes only and enjoy games responsibly within their means.
The fbajje platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily disrupt availability. fbajje is not liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems. The platform bears no financial responsibility for the outcomes of bets or games conducted at the user's own discretion. fbajje acknowledges limited liability for issues arising from faults by third-party payment gateways or service providers. In the event of any dispute, the applicable laws of Bangladesh shall apply.
Users may request to close their account at any time, and we will action this as quickly as possible. If there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity, fbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before account closure; however, this may not apply in cases of terms violations. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, fbajje may archive the account after providing prior notice. For any questions regarding account closure, please contact our support team.
Fbajje reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
